Job Qualifications

- Experience as a personal shopper, in a production-oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier
- Ability to operate point of sale (POS) systems
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable and cooperative manner
Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders and process coupons and payments
- Deliver and load orders to customers' cars upon arrival at store for pickup
- Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards
- Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at time of pickup
- Follow food safety procedures and company guidelines
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
