- Previous experience as a personal shopper or in production, warehouse, stocking, or cashier roles preferred

- Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable and cooperative manner
Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders and process coupons and payment
- Deliver and load orders to customers' cars upon arrival
- Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards
- Communicate any substitutions or exceptions to customers at time of pick-up
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
- Provide positive customer service experiences that encourage repeat business
