  • preferred experience as a personal shopper, in production-oriented or warehouse environments, stocking shelves, or cashier experience

Job Duties

  • Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
  • assemble customers' online orders
  • process coupons and payment
  • deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive at store for pick up
  • scan and bag orders on the go while following bagging standards
  • communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at time of pick-up
  • meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
  • adhere to food safety procedures and company guidelines
  • receive customers' orders and store products in optimal temperature zones
  • ensure quality and freshness of all items chosen
  • communicate with customers professionally via portable phone
  • retrieve each customer's order from staging locations and ensure order accuracy
  • provide a positive customer service experience
  • process orders through point of sale system
  • follow policies to determine substitutions for out-of-stock items
  • maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
  • report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies
  • inspect equipment and notify management of repair needs
  • perform opening and closing procedures
  • assist in training new e-commerce team members
  • meet or exceed productivity standards
  • work cooperatively in high-paced and sometimes stressful environment
  • manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
  • act with honesty and integrity
  • follow directions and seek assistance as needed
  • provide support through interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
