- Experience as a personal shopper, in production-oriented or warehouse environments, stocking shelves, or as a cashier is desirable
Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' on-line orders with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' on-line orders
- Process coupons and payments
- Deliver and load orders to customers' cars upon arrival
- Provide a positive customer service experience
- Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers
- Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards
- Adhere to food safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain order accuracy and organization of staging areas
- Report discrepancies and equipment needs to management
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Assist in training new e-Commerce team members
- Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment
- Manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
- Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
- Follow directions and seek assistance as needed
- Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
