  • Experience as a personal shopper, in production-oriented or warehouse environments, stocking shelves, or as a cashier is desirable

Job Duties

  • Select and gather products for customers' on-line orders with attention to freshness and quality
  • Assemble customers' on-line orders
  • Process coupons and payments
  • Deliver and load orders to customers' cars upon arrival
  • Provide a positive customer service experience
  • Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers
  • Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards
  • Adhere to food safety procedures and company policies
  • Maintain order accuracy and organization of staging areas
  • Report discrepancies and equipment needs to management
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Assist in training new e-Commerce team members
  • Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment
  • Manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
  • Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
  • Follow directions and seek assistance as needed
  • Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
