- Experience as a personal shopper, in a warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier preferred
- Ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced environment

Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' on-line orders in an efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' on-line orders
- Process coupons and payment
- Deliver and load orders to customers' cars at store pick up
- Provide positive customer service experience
- Scan and bag orders on the go following bagging standards
- Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customer's order
- Adhere to food safety and company guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas
- Report discrepancies and equipment issues
- Assist in training new e-Commerce team members
- Follow opening and closing procedures
- Meet or exceed productivity standards
- Manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
