- Experience as a personal shopper, in a production, warehouse or stocking role, or as a cashier is preferred
Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders in the most efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payment
- Deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive for pick-up
- Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping
- Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards
- Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at time of pick-up
- Adhere to food safety procedures, company guidelines, and local, state, and federal laws
