- Experience as a personal shopper, in a production oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier
- Ability to work without supervision
- Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational, and cooperative manner
- Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
- Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary
Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders in an efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payment
- Deliver and load orders to cars upon customer arrival for pick up
- Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards
- Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customer's order at pick-up
- Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
