- Experience as a personal shopper, in production-oriented or warehouse environments, stocking shelves, or as a cashier
- Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable and cooperative manner

Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders and process coupons and payments
- Deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive for pick-up
- Scan and bag orders on the go following bagging standards
- Communicate any substitutions or exceptions to customer orders at time of pick-up
- Ensure order accuracy and maintain cleanliness of staging areas
- Provide a positive customer service experience encouraging repeat online shopping
