- Experience as a personal shopper or in a production, warehouse, stocking, or cashier role preferred
- Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary

- Ability to manage conflict cooperatively and nonconfrontationally
- Ability to provide support to individuals with special needs, minors, and older adults
Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders
- Process coupons and payments accurately
- Deliver and load orders to customers' vehicles upon arrival
- Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at time of pick-up
- Scan and bag items while following bagging standards
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
