- Experience as a personal shopper, in a production-oriented environment, stocking shelves, or cashier experience considered beneficial
Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders and process coupons and payments
- Deliver and load orders to customers' cars upon arrival
- Scan and bag orders while adhering to bagging standards
- Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up
- Ensure order accuracy and compliance with food safety and company guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment
- Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Assist in training new e-commerce team members
- Provide positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping
