  • Previous experience as a personal shopper or in a production-oriented or warehouse environment
  • Experience stocking shelves or as a cashier

Job Duties

  • Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently with attention to freshness and quality
  • Assemble customers' online orders
  • Process coupons and payment
  • Deliver and load orders to customers' cars at store pickup
  • Provide a positive customer service experience
  • Scan and bag orders while following all bagging standards
  • Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at time of pickup
  • Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines
  • Receive customers' orders and store products in optimal temperature zones
  • Read and follow directions given in order notes
  • Ensure quality and freshness of all items chosen
  • Communicate professionally with customers via portable phone
  • Retrieve orders from staging locations and ensure order accuracy
  • Process orders through the point of sale system
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
  • Report discrepancies and equipment issues to e-Commerce supervisor
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Assist in training new e-Commerce team members
  • Meet or exceed productivity standards
  • Work cooperatively in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment
  • Manage conflicts in a reasonable and cooperative manner
  • Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
  • Follow directions and seek assistance when necessary
  • Provide support through interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
