Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic math skills including counting addition and subtraction
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Experience as a personal shopper or in retail or warehouse environment preferred
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems advantageous
- Ability to manage conflict in a cooperative manner
- Strong customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers online orders with efficiency and care
- Assemble customers online orders and process coupons and payments
- Deliver and load orders into customers cars upon arrival
- Scan and bag orders while adhering to bagging standards
- Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers during pick up
- Maintain order accuracy and cleanliness in staging areas
- Follow food safety guidelines and company policies
