Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' on-line orders with attention to freshness and quality
- assemble customers' on-line orders accurately and efficiently
- process coupons and payment transactions
- deliver and load orders to customers' cars upon arrival
- provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat business
- communicate any order substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up
- scan and bag orders on the go following bagging standards
- maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
- report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies to e-Commerce supervisor
- perform required opening and closing procedures
- assist in training new e-Commerce team members
- follow policies to determine appropriate substitutions for out-of-stock items
- adhere to food safety procedures and company guidelines
