  • experience as a personal shopper or in production oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier
  • ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary
  • ability to work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment
  • ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner

Job Duties

  • Select and gather products for customers' on-line orders with attention to freshness and quality
  • assemble customers' on-line orders accurately and efficiently
  • process coupons and payment transactions
  • deliver and load orders to customers' cars upon arrival
  • provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat business
  • communicate any order substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up
  • scan and bag orders on the go following bagging standards
  • maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
  • report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies to e-Commerce supervisor
  • perform required opening and closing procedures
  • assist in training new e-Commerce team members
  • follow policies to determine appropriate substitutions for out-of-stock items
  • adhere to food safety procedures and company guidelines
