- Prior experience as a personal shopper, in production, warehouse, stocking, or as a cashier is desirable

- Ability to manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
- Strong honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders accurately
- Process coupons and payments for online orders
- Deliver and load orders to customers' cars upon arrival
- Provide positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping
- Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up
- Follow food safety procedures and company guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment
- Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management
- Assist in training new e-commerce team members
