Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- assemble customers' online orders
- process coupons and payment
- deliver and load orders to cars upon customer arrival
- provide positive customer service that encourages repeat online shopping
- scan and bag orders while following bagging standards
- communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up
- adhere to local, state, and federal food safety laws and company guidelines
- maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment
- report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies
- perform opening and closing procedures
- assist in training new e-Commerce team members
- meet or exceed productivity standards
- communicate professionally with customers via portable phone
- handle conflict reasonably and cooperatively
- act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
- provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
