Job Requirements
- Ability to work without supervision
- Ability to read shelf tags
- Basic math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction)
- Excellent oral or written communication skills
- Previous experience in personal shopping, production environment, shelving, or cashier roles
- Ability to act with honesty and integrity
- Ability to manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation

- Experience as a personal shopper or in a production, warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or cashier experience

Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' on-line orders efficiently with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' on-line orders, process coupons and payments
- Deliver and load orders into customers' cars at store pick-up
- Scan and bag orders while adhering to bagging standards
- Communicate substitutions or order exceptions to customers at pick-up
- Ensure order accuracy and maintain product freshness
- Follow all food safety procedures and company guidelines
