- Ability to manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders
- Process coupons and payment during order pickup
- Deliver and load orders to customers' cars upon arrival
- Provide positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping
- Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at order pickup
- Adhere to food safety procedures and company guidelines
