Job Requirements

- Basic math skills including counting, addition, and subtraction
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
- Ability to provide support through interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Basic math skills including counting, addition, and subtraction
- Previous experience in personal shopping, production-oriented environments, shelving, or cashier roles desired
- Ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary
Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- Assemble customers' online orders and process coupons and payments
- Deliver and load orders to customers' cars at store pick-up
- Scan and bag orders following all bagging standards
- Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers during pick-up
- Ensure order accuracy and quality control
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
