Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' on-line orders with attention to freshness and quality
- assemble customers' on-line orders
- process coupons and payment
- deliver and load orders to customers' cars upon arrival
- scan and bag orders while following bagging standards
- communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers
- meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping experience
- adhere to food safety procedures and company guidelines
- receive and store products according to temperature guidelines
- read and follow written directions
- ensure quality and freshness of chosen items
- respond professionally to customer calls
- retrieve and verify orders from staging locations
- provide positive customer service to encourage repeat online shopping
- process orders through the point of sale system
- determine substitutions for out-of-stock items
- maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment
- report discrepancies and repair needs to management
- perform opening and closing procedures
- assist in training new team members
- meet or exceed productivity standards
- work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
- manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
