Job Duties

  • Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
  • Assemble customers' online orders
  • Process coupons and payment
  • Deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive for pickup
  • Scan and bag orders following bagging standards
  • Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup
  • Ensure order accuracy and quality
  • Adhere to food safety and company guidelines
  • Receive and store products in optimal temperature zones
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer communications
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment
  • Report discrepancies and equipment issues
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Assist in training new team members
  • Meet or exceed productivity standards
  • Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage conflict professionally
  • Follow directions and seek assistance as needed
  • Provide support and assistance to individuals with special needs or older adults
