Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers’ online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- assemble customers’ online orders
- process coupons and payments
- deliver and load orders to customers’ cars
- provide positive customer service experience
- scan and bag orders on the go
- communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers
- adhere to food safety and company guidelines
- receive customers’ orders and store products properly
- read and follow directions
- ensure quality and freshness of items
- communicate with customers professionally
- retrieve and verify order accuracy
- process orders through point of sale system
- maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
- report discrepancies and repair needs
- perform opening and closing procedures
- assist in training new team members
