Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- assemble customers' online orders
- process coupons and payment
- deliver and load orders to customers' cars upon arrival for pick-up
- provide a positive customer service experience
- demonstrate company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety
- scan and bag orders on the go following bagging standards
- communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers
- comply with local, state, and federal laws and food safety procedures
- receive and store customers' orders in optimal temperature zones
- read and follow order note directions
- ensure quality and freshness of items
- communicate professionally with customers via portable phone
- retrieve and verify orders from staging locations
- process orders through point of sale system
- follow substitution policies for out-of-stock items
- maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment
- report discrepancies and equipment issues
- perform opening and closing procedures
- assist in training new team members
- meet productivity standards
- work cooperatively in a high-paced environment
- manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
- act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
- follow directions and seek assistance when needed
- provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
- perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
