Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders in the most efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality
- assemble customers' online orders
- process coupons and payment
- deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive for pickup
- provide a positive customer service experience that encourages return online shopping
- communicate substitutions or exceptions to customer orders at pickup
- follow food safety procedures and company guidelines
