Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' on-line orders with attention to freshness and quality
- assemble customers' on-line orders
- process coupons and payment
- deliver and load orders to cars during pick up
- provide positive customer service to encourage repeat on-line shopping
- scan and bag orders following bagging standards
- communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up
- adhere to food safety procedures and company guidelines
- receive and store products in optimal temperature zones
- ensure order accuracy and load into customers' cars
- process orders through point of sale (POS) system
- maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
- report discrepancies and repair needs to supervisor
- perform opening and closing procedures
- assist in training new e-Commerce team members
- meet or exceed productivity standards
- work cooperatively in a high-paced environment
- manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
- act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
- follow directions and seek assistance to resolve issues
- provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
- perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
