Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Must obtain and maintain required certifications like Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler's Card according to state regulations
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift during shifts

Job Duties
- Create warm, memorable dining moments by greeting guests with a smile, taking accurate orders, and making sure every need is met from start to finish
- Know the menu inside and out including ingredients, dietary needs, daily specials, and alcohol service guidelines to guide guests effectively
- Deliver food and drinks quickly and flawlessly with careful attention to detail
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining a clean service area and composure during busy periods
- Handle payment transactions accurately, close checks confidently, and adhere to company security protocols
- Maintain a spotless and safe service environment by following hygiene standards and certification requirements
- Stay energized and maintain physical stamina to meet the demands of lifting, bending, and moving throughout shifts
