Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year experience in kitchen operations
  • Minimum one year supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service operations preferred
  • Certifications for Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid as applicable
  • Ability to obtain Food Manager Certification per state regulations

Job Duties

  • Lead daily kitchen operations ensuring team members perform tasks efficiently and up to standards
  • Manage food and beverage supplies and support service operations
  • Enforce health and safety regulations including handling lost items and restricting access to sensitive areas
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas and equipment
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and management to coordinate activities
  • Oversee inventory storage and enforce food quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with certification and regulatory requirements
