Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year experience in kitchen operations or related field including at least one year supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service operations preferred
  • Complies with certification requirements such as food handlers, alcohol awareness, CPR, and first aid
  • Ability to obtain food manager certification as required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead the daily hustle in the kitchen making sure every team member is on point and every task is done right
  • Keep food and beverage operations running like clockwork from stocking supplies to supporting service
  • Ensure safe practices and smart decisions handling lost items, managing access to sensitive areas, and maintaining health standards
  • Maintain sanitation standards by keeping every surface, tool, and space spotless and up to code
  • Coordinate team activities to maintain smooth, efficient, and high-quality kitchen operations
  • Monitor kitchen safety and compliance with applicable health regulations
  • Support training and development of kitchen staff to enhance performance and teamwork
