Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in kitchen operations or similar field
  • Minimum of one year supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service operations preferred
  • Compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers Alcohol Awareness CPR and First Aid
  • Ability to acquire Food Manager Certification as required

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead the daily hustle in the kitchen making sure every team member is on point and every task is done right
  • Keep food and beverage operations running like clockwork from stocking supplies to supporting service
  • Ensure safe practices and smart decisions including handling lost items managing access to sensitive areas and maintaining health standards
  • Maintain sanitation ensuring every surface tool and space is spotless and up to code
  • Monitor kitchen operations to comply with food safety regulations and standards
  • Train and support kitchen staff promoting teamwork and efficiency
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain smooth kitchen operations
