Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of progressive experience in hotels or related fields
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure
  • Demonstrated initiative and effective listening, understanding, and clarification abilities
  • Competence in interpreting financial data and performing basic arithmetic

Job Qualifications

  • College coursework in hospitality is a plus
  • At least one year of progressive experience in hotels or related fields
  • Supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Ensure every meal meets high standards of taste and presentation by monitoring food quality throughout service
  • Address guest feedback and concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for memorable experiences
  • Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging open communication and teamwork among staff
  • Lead by example and share insights at team meetings, helping everyone stay informed and motivated
  • Manage daily operations by overseeing costs, handling cash transactions accurately, preparing staff schedules, and maintaining inventory
  • Utilize technology to streamline processes and keep everything running smoothly and efficiently
  • Develop creative promotional campaigns and ideas to attract more guests and boost sales
  • Support training and performance initiatives to help team members grow and contribute to overall business success
