Job Duties
- Prepare all food items based on standardized recipes, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen and work areas at all times
- Complete necessary food and station preparations efficiently to ensure prompt service during operating hours
- Convey information and ideas clearly, and work effectively in high-pressure situations
- Evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately to address kitchen challenges
