Job Duties
- greet every guest and teammate with genuine warmth and a service-first smile
- rock your uniform and name tag with pride, always looking sharp and polished
- swiftly load, unload, and tag bags, escorting guests to their rooms like VIPs
- keep the scoop on local hotspots, attractions, and transportation options and share maps and directions
- safeguard sensitive areas, master keys, and guest privacy while driving, assisting, and leading behind the scenes
- assist at the front desk whenever needed
- handle concierge requests with quick wit and a can-do attitude
