Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months experience in food and beverage customer service
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance

- Flexibility to work various shifts
Job Qualifications
- Have a minimum of 6 months of food and beverage outlet customer services experience including cash handling
- Preferably previous barista experience
- Be incredibly friendly and customer centric
- Ability to smile and radiate a positive and accommodating attitude while interacting with customers
- Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress
Job Duties
- Prepares beverages requested by customers or servers according to standard operating procedures including proper proportions and ingredients to control costs and provide a consistent product to guests
- Maintains clean and organized work areas to maximize efficiency
- Sets up the bar and back bar according to established procedures
- Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner
- Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction
- Performs pre and post-shift side work including stocking the service station and making coffee
