- Previous barista experience is a major plus
Job Duties
- Create exceptional beverages with precision and artistry following standard operating procedures
- Respond to guest requests with urgency and warmth while ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain organized work areas and optimize workflow especially during peak hours
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage deposits
- Perform pre- and post-shift duties including stocking service stations and organizing workspaces
- Represent the hotel professionally as a brand ambassador maintaining appearance and customer interaction standards
- Contribute to revenue growth through excellent service that encourages repeat business
