Job Requirements

  • Minimum six months of food and beverage customer service experience including cash handling
  • Ability to maintain a friendly customer-centric attitude
  • Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to follow standard operating procedures precisely
  • Availability to perform pre and post-shift operational tasks
  • Must represent the hotel with professionalism and enthusiasm

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of food and beverage customer service experience including cash handling
  • Previous barista experience is a major plus
  • Friendly and customer-centric attitude
  • Ability to connect naturally with people
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Create exceptional beverages with precision and artistry following standard operating procedures to deliver consistent high-quality products
  • Respond to guest requests with urgency and genuine warmth following up to ensure satisfaction creating loyal customers
  • Maintain organized work areas and optimize workflow to maximize productivity during peak hours without compromising quality
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and with integrity manage deposits and contribute to revenue growth through exceptional service
  • Perform pre and post-shift responsibilities including stocking service stations and ensuring everything runs seamlessly for the next shift
  • Represent the hotel professionally and enthusiastically maintaining high standards in appearance and customer interaction
