Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of hotel or related experience
- Supervisory background
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems
- Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Ability to listen effectively and respond to concerns
- Certification in Food Handling, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid preferred
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of hotel or related experience
- Supervisory experience in a hospitality environment
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems
- Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions

Job Duties
- Greet guests and teammates with a friendly, service-first attitude
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
- Adhere to personal appearance and grooming standards, including uniform and name tag
- Maintain required certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- Comply with Aimbridge policies and regulations for hotel operations
- Prepare schedules and payroll for banquet staff
- Coordinate food and beverage requirements for banquets
- Support setup and breakdown of banquet events
- Train, motivate, and supervise banquet staff
- Maintain accurate counts for plating and guest services
- Attend meetings related to banquet operations
- Manage lost-and-found items
- Maintain inventory of banquet supplies
