Job Duties
- Approach every guest and teammate with a friendly, service-first attitude making each encounter memorable and uplifting
- Show up reliably and ready to shine meeting Aimbridge Hospitality's standards no matter the schedule
- Keep personal appearance and grooming on point maintaining required certifications like Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- Adhere to Aimbridge policies and regulations to keep hotel operations smooth, safe, and efficient
- Prepare schedules and payroll coordinate food and beverage needs support setup and breakdown train staff keep accurate counts for plating attend meetings handle lost-and-found maintain inventory
- Collaborate with Banquets Manager to recruit, train, motivate, and support banquet staff
- Monitor banquet event progress and resolve any issues promptly to ensure smooth operations
