Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- one or more years of pharmacy experience
- registration with Board of Pharmacy as required by state law
- strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
- pharmacy or healthcare-related knowledge including pharmacy terminology, sig codes, Roman numerals, brand and generic medication names
- basic math and analytical skills
- intermediate typing and keyboarding skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide first-call resolution for patient and provider inquiries
- triage calls to appropriate departments
- coordinate medication deliveries and collect co-payments
- handle inbound calls using first call resolution customer service practices
- understand unique attributes and business rules specific to manufacturer programs
- perform duties assigned by senior management related to manufacturer relationships including verifying on-label status, offering HUB enrollment opportunities, and researching pending patient updates
- perform activities in compliance with state and federal laws and REMS programs
- contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks and other duties as assigned
