Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of pharmacy experience
- Registration with Board of Pharmacy as required by state law
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Adaptable to changing priorities
- Pharmacy or healthcare-related knowledge
- Knowledge of pharmacy terminology including sig codes and Roman numerals
- Brand and generic medication name familiarity
- Basic math and analytical skills
- Intermediate typing/keyboarding skills
Job Qualifications

- 1+ years of pharmacy experience

- Familiarity with brand and generic medication names

- Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB) preferred
- 3+ years of pharmacy experience preferred
- Specialty pharmacy experience preferred
Job Duties
- Provide first-call resolution for patient and provider inquiries
- Triage calls to appropriate departments
- Coordinate medication deliveries and collect co-payments
- Apply customer service best practices to inbound calls
- Understand and comply with manufacturer program guidelines
- Verify on-label medication status and offer HUB enrollment opportunities
- Perform pharmacy-related activities in accordance with state and federal laws and REMS programs
- Assist with dispensing specialty medications
- Contribute to team efforts by completing assigned tasks and duties
