Job Requirements

  • Experience in a human resources support role or recruiting, onboarding, or office administration preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with HR software
  • Ability to handle multiple duties and priorities under limited supervision
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Develop and maintain successful relationships with team members and external stakeholders
  • Process paperwork and forms in an accurate and timely manner
  • Manage onboarding documentation for new employees including preparation and indexing of employee files
  • Ensure complaints, disputes, and grievances are reported to HR manager maintaining confidentiality
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
  • Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests, questions, and complaints
  • Coordinate and conduct phone interviews and pre-screen candidates
  • Support candidate sourcing through social media, job boards, and networking
  • Respond to applicant questions and provide organizational information
  • Manage candidate experience from application to end of training
  • Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system
  • Complete verification of employment
  • Gather data for census requests
  • Prepare necessary correspondence
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment-related events
  • Execute special projects and administrative tasks
  • Other duties as assigned
