Job Requirements
- Experience in a human resources support role or recruiting, onboarding, or office administration preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with HR software
- Ability to handle multiple duties and priorities under limited supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Develop and maintain successful relationships with team members and external stakeholders
- Process paperwork and forms in an accurate and timely manner
- Manage onboarding documentation for new employees including preparation and indexing of employee files
- Ensure complaints, disputes, and grievances are reported to HR manager maintaining confidentiality
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
- Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests, questions, and complaints
- Coordinate and conduct phone interviews and pre-screen candidates
- Support candidate sourcing through social media, job boards, and networking
- Respond to applicant questions and provide organizational information
- Manage candidate experience from application to end of training
- Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system
- Complete verification of employment
- Gather data for census requests
- Prepare necessary correspondence
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment-related events
- Execute special projects and administrative tasks
- Other duties as assigned
