Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as an administrator assistant office agent or recruiting coordinator required
- prior experience with human resources information systems HRIS ATS preferred
- SAP Success Factors a plus
- highly organized detail-oriented capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment
- strong understanding of computer systems and excel requirements preferred
- basic knowledge of labor legislation
- team spirit and welcoming disposition
- must be detail oriented

Job Duties
- Communicate regularly with new hires information including airport badging and onboarding procedures
- manage candidate communications and schedule interviews and assessments
- track new hire progress to ensure timely completion of pre-employment activities
- coordinate frequently with Recruiting Operations and Training to prepare new hires for day one
- act as a resource during onboarding and badging process and direct inquiries to relevant departments
- accompany company driver to drop off or pick up documents at MDAD badging office
