Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of in-person customer service experience in hospitality, events, or a client-facing environment
- Proven availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
- Demonstrated alignment with TOP values: teamwork, ownership, passionate service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Comfortable using or learning event software, BEOs, and internal systems
- Professional appearance and demeanor in line with Hilton brand standards
Job Qualifications
- Prior Hilton brand experience strongly preferred
- Proven background in hotel sales and/or catering
- Experience with Delphi or similar event management software
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional presence and confidence when conducting site tours
- Client-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality
Job Duties
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue goals
- Identify and pursue key market segments and new business opportunities
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and customized client solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, group, and local clients
- Conduct professional site tours and follow up to secure bookings
- Provide consistent communication throughout the sales and event lifecycle
- Negotiate contracts that protect hotel interests while meeting client needs
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with brand and hotel policies
- Plan and manage all aspects of group and catering events including menus, audio-visual, room setups, timelines, and billing
- Prepare detailed and accurate Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and hotel departments to ensure seamless execution
- Participate in BEO meetings and staff briefings
- Work closely with catering, banquet, front office, and operations teams to guarantee successful events
