Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work full-time, five days a week including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to perform physical job requirements such as reaching overhead and below knees, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Willingness to undergo background and drug screening
- Strong communication skills
- Previous sales experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- Sales or customer service experience
- Ability to interact with guests in person or by phone
- Strong motivation and goal-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic physical ability to perform job duties including reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods
- Telemarketing or sales experience preferred
Job Duties
- Schedule sales presentations or offer specially priced vacation packages to guests at on-site location
- Ensure all guests who attend a sales presentation or purchase meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services
- Provide highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals
- Use persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
- Welcome and greet guests while anticipating and addressing their needs
- Interact professionally and promptly with colleagues and guests
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
