Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Minimum of five years experience in facilities management in a supervisory role or equivalent education/training
- Certification as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facilities Management Professional (FMP) preferred
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft software
- Valid Florida Driver’s License
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays
- Availability for on-call or after-hours emergencies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of five years experience in facilities management with supervisory capacity
- Certification as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facilities Management Professional (FMP) preferred
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft software packages
- Valid Florida Driver’s License
Job Duties
- Provide on-site operational leadership and oversight to daily operations
- Ensure buildings and grounds are safe, well-maintained, and operating efficiently
- Oversee maintenance support and work order completion
- Coordinate activities of facility staff and service contractors
- Deliver high-quality customer service to Tribal departments and community
- Manage scheduling and flexible work hours including on-call emergencies
- Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and service standards
