Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience preferred
- Approximately 1 year experience in outside sales or food and beverage industry
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to use business and sales reporting tools
- Ability to travel market regularly and occasionally by plane/train
- Self-starter with strong planning and execution skills
- Able to build relationships and influence internally and externally
- Must be able to move up to 55 lbs
- Able to sit or stand for long periods
- Primary work environment is in trade
- Use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms
- Ability to climb or balance stairs or ladders
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Approximately one year of outside sales or food and beverage industry experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to use business information and sales reporting tools
- Ability to travel regularly and work flexible schedules
- Strong planning and prioritization skills
- Self-starter with minimal supervision needed
Job Duties
- Develop and manage relationships with key on-premise accounts
- Achieve sales targets and distribution goals
- Conduct regular account visits to ensure product placement and stock rotation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Execute on-premise events, samplings, staff trainings, and promotions
- Educate account staff and consumers on product features and benefits
- Monitor competitive activity and report market trends
- Maintain accurate sales and account records
- Participate in team meetings and local industry events
