Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience preferred
  • Approximately 1 year experience in outside sales or food and beverage industry
  • Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to use business and sales reporting tools
  • Ability to travel market regularly and occasionally by plane/train
  • Self-starter with strong planning and execution skills
  • Able to build relationships and influence internally and externally
  • Must be able to move up to 55 lbs
  • Able to sit or stand for long periods
  • Primary work environment is in trade
  • Use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms
  • Ability to climb or balance stairs or ladders

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Approximately one year of outside sales or food and beverage industry experience preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to use business information and sales reporting tools
  • Ability to travel regularly and work flexible schedules
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills
  • Self-starter with minimal supervision needed

Job Duties

  • Develop and manage relationships with key on-premise accounts
  • Achieve sales targets and distribution goals
  • Conduct regular account visits to ensure product placement and stock rotation
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Execute on-premise events, samplings, staff trainings, and promotions
  • Educate account staff and consumers on product features and benefits
  • Monitor competitive activity and report market trends
  • Maintain accurate sales and account records
  • Participate in team meetings and local industry events
