Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Successful completion of Motor Vehicle Record check
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to travel locally frequently and occasionally via plane or train
  • Must be a self-starter able to work independently with minimal direction
  • Ability to move up to 55 lbs
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods and work at desk or computer for extended time
  • Primary work environment is in trade venues
  • Use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms
  • Ability to climb or balance stairs or ladders

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience preferred
  • Proven results-oriented experience in outside sales or food and beverage industry preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to be a passionate brand ambassador
  • Computer literacy including Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to utilize business information and sales reporting tools
  • Strong planning prioritization and execution skills
  • Effective communication and influencing skills at all levels

Job Duties

  • Develop and manage relationships with key on-premise accounts such as bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues
  • Achieve sales targets and distribution goals by executing sales initiatives securing new placements in draft and package formats
  • Conduct regular account visits to ensure product placement stock rotation and point-of-sale materials execution
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence
  • Plan and execute on-premise events samplings staff trainings and promotions to drive brand awareness and trial
  • Educate account staff and consumers on products features benefits and unique selling points
  • Monitor competitive activity market trends and consumer preferences and report findings regularly
  • Maintain accurate records of sales calls account activity activation feedback expenses and market activity
  • Participate in team meetings training sessions and distributor collaborations to enhance market execution
  • Represent the company at local industry events festivals promotions and trade shows when needed
  • Perform additional duties as required
