Job Qualifications

- Basic proficiency with technology such as mobile apps and handheld scanners
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Capability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds occasionally
Job Duties
- Welcome and thank guests while completing daily tasks
- Engage guests in a welcoming manner to address their specific needs
- Operate register efficiently, scanning and bagging items accurately
- Promote Target loyalty programs and assist with applications
- Handle and process returns according to company policies
- Support order pick up, drive-up services, and gift registry operations
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety policies
