Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Capable of working flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable attendance and engagement with shift scheduling requirements
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 44 pounds
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions
- Must be able to stand and remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts
- Ability to comply with safety and conduct policies
- Must respond to contact attempts regarding shift availability
- Willingness to undergo structured training and orientation

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
- Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs in a welcoming way
- Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the store to solve guest issues
- Scan and bag guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with food safety standards
- Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
- Promote Target Loyalty programs and assist guests with application and sign-up
- Support order pick-up, drive up, and registry guest services
- Maintain a clean and clutter-free work area
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
- Handle cash register operations and support cash office processes as needed
- Partner with leaders to de-escalate situations and recover guest experiences
- Stock supplies and assist with store needs
- Follow all safety policies and report hazards
- Support compliance with federal, state, and local laws related to store operations
