Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- able to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 44 pounds
- active engagement by picking up and working shifts at least once every 4 weeks
- ability to communicate effectively and use technology devices
- physical capability to work in varying temperatures and remain mobile for entire shifts
- compliance with company safety policies and procedures
- responsiveness to contact attempts to confirm shift interest

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve issues for guests and improve their experience
- scan and bag guest items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with food safety standards
- minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
- promote current and upcoming brand launches, store activities, and events
- assist guests with Target Loyalty programs and help with application or sign-up
- demonstrate safe and ethical conduct while complying with all safety policies
- support guest services operations such as order pick up, drive-up, and registry
- maintain a clean and clutter-free work area
- stock supplies during store open hours while being available for guests
- assist with cash office processes and management of cash systems
- de-escalate guest situations with leadership support when needed
- perform other duties based on business needs
