Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior customer service experience is a plus
- reliable and punctual attendance
- ability to lift up to 44 pounds occasionally
- capability to remain mobile throughout a shift
- responsive to communication attempts for shift confirmations
- able to comply with store safety policies
- legally eligible to work in the United States
- ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- willing to complete required training and orientation

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store and specific to your area to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience
- thank guests and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target
- scan and bag all guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices
- work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy
