Job Requirements
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to pick up and work at least one shift every four weeks with a minimum of four hours
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Responsive to employer communications regarding shift scheduling
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds occasionally
- Capacity to stand and remain mobile for entire shift durations
- Willingness to comply with safety, ethical, and operational policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in customer service or retail environments advantageous but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use mobile devices and technology applications
- Capability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable handling cash transactions and operating registers
Job Duties
- Pick up shifts through the myTime mobile scheduling app based on availability and personal schedule
- Greet guests and deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding guest expectations
- Assist guests with checklane purchases, returns, and inquiries efficiently and accurately
- Educate guests about Target Loyalty programs, digital app features, and store services
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment
- Support order pick-up, Drive Up, and Registry services to enhance guest convenience
- Follow safety policies and procedures, report hazards, and work ethically at all times
